Stormy Petrell

Published in Untagged  by davidstevens
The boat is on the way in again this evening with a nasty storm to follow, Alec has been away to the southwest of lands end by 15miles. He has been seeing a nice bit of prime fish this trip with monk, sole, brills and red mullets making up the catch but also the usual mix of haddocks, red gurnard, whittings, pouts and the dreaded congers. It has been a poor trip with the weather being unsettled rightthrough the trip even forcing them in for the day on friday. We are landing the catch tonight for sale at PTA tomorrow morning and we have just over the 110boxes for the 3days fishing, we are going to ice up tonight as well so we can get away after the storm passes tomorrow.
