Alec has had the boat away in the last week as i have been away hence no blog for a few days. They have been working to the south west of the lizzard working eas and west to the south of the scillies, by 25-35miles off. The fishing has been good with a good mix of haddocks, dorys, whitting,  lemons, megs, monks, reds and hake, but the cuttles have started to tail off as they have probiblymade there way back to the estuarys for the summer, as they usual do.

We have been seeing a lot of feed in the water and tons of juvinile fish, so lets hope that the cold winter has produced a good spawning season, as the science says the colder the winter the better the greater the spawning.

We are due away this morning we landed our catch yesterday and we had to stop in as we had an injector sticking which was causing the engine to smoke, so paul the engineer came down yesterday and we finally got it finished gone ten last night. The parts from catapillar were late arriving yesterday.
